VE Series Gap Detectors
The VE series gap detectors are used with the CL-2400 to measure and display a gap (displacement) from the capacitance between the detector and the measuring object.
6mm Target Diameter, 0.5mm Range, 0.1um, 0.05um or 0.02um Resolution
8mm Target Diameter, 1.0mm Range, 0.1um Resolution
10mm Target Diameter, 1.5mm Range, 0.5um or 0.2um Resolution
20mm Target Diameter, 3.0mm Range, 1.0um or 0.5um Resolution
