Oil-free compressed air is becoming increasingly important. It has often become indispensable in the staple and luxury foods industry, the processing of pharmaceutical products, the brewing of beer as well as for countless other industrial applications.
The SCROLLline compressors by RENNER GmbH were specifically developed for these applications. This product line is based on scroll compressor technology.
The compression process is carried out by means of a fixed and an eccentrically rotating spiral. There is therefore no contact. This guarantees safe and wear-resistant functioning.
The fully-developed and proven scroll principle produces highly reliable and efficient, absolutely oil-free, compressed air continuously - without expensive and elaborate compressed air treatment. The compressors can operate at maximum 8 bar or 10 bar and reach delivery rates of up to 627 l/min per unit.
Our latest development, the new SCROLLline SuperSilent variants excel with an impressive noise level from 52dB(A)*. An innovative and super soundproof casing forms the basis of this consistently easy-to-maintain variant. Large removable side plates provide optimal accessibility.
RENNER scroll compressors are efficient! 100 % duty cycle, low noise and virtually vibration-free, they clearly leave other oil-free compressor systems out in the cold, in particular the frequently used oil-free piston compressors.
