PrimaSprint Airfluid:
The new PrimaSprint Airfluid manual system is perfect for coating out of a manufacturers powder box. With the diagonal positioning of the powder box it makes emptying of the powder box sure. This new manual system offers the flexibility to use either a WAGNER Corona or Tribo gun.
PrimaSprint 3L:
This new member of the PrimaSprint family is the manual system PrimaSprint 3L. This model is ideal for laboratories and niche markets. The complete fluidized hopper is at the same time vibrated. Perfect surfaces are the result of this combination. Together with the new EPG-Sprint controller it is the best solution for many colors and different powders.
PrimaSprint 60L:
As opposed to the Airfluid system, the PrimaSprint 60L conveys the powder from a stainless steel hopper which can be easy dismounted. It is therefore extremely simple to clean. Fluidization of the powder is achieved by the use of an integral fluid bed and an optional vibrated table. The combination of fluidization and vibration is a perfect preparation of fresh powder and therefore for the best coating results.
PRIMA Airfluid:
For quick color changes
The powder is supplied directly from the original drum.
PRIMA 60L:
For medium and large production runs
The coating powder is fluidized in the large 60 liter stainless steel container and then supplied to the spray gun.
