Description

An improved design of our iconic Warman® AH® series pump, the Warman® WBH® heavy-duty process pump comes standard with our patented WRT® impeller and throatbush technology and is designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive and dense slurries within the mill circuit. These centrifugal process pumps are typically used in heavy-duty applications such as mill discharge, slurry transfer and process pumping and are suitable for both greenfield and brownfield installations (Service Class 1-4). With your general slurry process pumping requirements front of mind, the Warman® WBH® slurry pump range offers numerous design enhancements based on the latest slurry pumping technology to help ensure productivity demands are met. Warman® WBH® slurry pumps are available with optional pressure relief and thermal cut-out features and an optional ‘single-point adjustment’ device to rotate and axially adjust the throatbush. The fully adjustable throatbush moves axially, as well as rotates (with single-point adjustment option), to distribute the wear evenly and extend the impeller and throatbush life. The standard Warman® WBH® arrangement allows axial adjustment of the throatbush. This adjustment can be made while the pump is running, eliminating the need to stop production resulting in cost savings for the plant. Features and Benefits Interchangeable Liners Warman® WBH® pumps are available with interchangeable metal and elastomer wear components that fit within the one pump casing. Our encapsulated rubber liners offer longer life and prevent liner extrusion or blow-out.
