Description

GEHO® TZPM triplex positive displacement pumps are three-cylinder, crankshaft driven, single-acting piston diaphragm pumps designed to handle abrasive mineral ore slurries, tailings and mine water at high pressures. Our range of GEHO® TZPM three-cylinder, single-acting, piston diaphragm pumps are designed to efficiently move abrasive ore, tailings slurries and dirty mine water, ensuring a high availability up to 98%. These crankshaft-driven pumps are among the world's most advanced positive displacement diaphragm pumps, expertly designed to transport slurry over long distances, reaching up to 550km and more than 2,000 metres uphill. Ideal for transporting mineral ore slurries and tailings in most applications, these pumps combine high efficiencies with a wear-resistant diaphragm that protects the pump’s key components from abrasive slurry contact. These triplex single-acting piston diaphragm pumps offer the following benefits: Exceptional reliability and high pump efficiency (up to 96%) Made from a resilient, robust, single piece power frame with low stress levels Contain pre-loaded, long life roller bearings to ensure operation at rated duty conditions and low speed Can pump solid / liquid slurry mixtures with high pressures Have a low carbon footprint with low energy and water consumption Produce minimal heat during operation Have a unique preformed GEHO® diaphragm that protects the piston and liner from contact with the slurry Have long maintenance intervals Contain valves that can be replaced quickly and have a long service life
