PC9156 is a 15.6 inch IP66 rated industrial Panel PC with Celeron N2930 1.83GHz or 4th Generation Core i3 processor, resistive type touch screen with RS-232, SATA MO-297 SSD bay, mini-PCIe slot full size, and Windows 7 / 8 / 10 supported. The panel measures at 15.6 inch, 1366 x 768 resolution, 300nits brightness, and colors of 16.7 million display brilliance graphical images. The touch screen monitor is resistive type, providing high resistance to surface contaminants and liquids like dust, oil, grease, and moisture. It has light transmission at 80% and supports the RS-232 interface. The option for a projected capacitive type touch screen with USB is available. The CPU is of Celeron N2930 1.83GHz for PC9215A or 6th generation Core i3-6100 for PC9215B. The chipset is of SoC with an onboard 4GB DDR-III SODIMM memory providing excellent performance and storage space. The drive bay supports 1 x SATA MO-297 SSD bay. The expansion slot contains a full size internal mini-PCIe slot. The connections include RS-232 DB-9, DB-9 RS-232/422/485, 2 x USB, 2 X Ethernet ports, audio port, 3-pin terminal block for DC power input, 2-pin connector for power on/off button. The system supports Windows 7. The power supply is of 9~36VDC power input with an AC adapter. Built of solid aluminum die-casting chassis, the material is sturdy yet lightweight. Due to aluminum, it provides durability and will keep its shape even in severe weather condition but it is also lightweight. With the die-casting, it is resistant to stress-cracking in presence to various reagents and is not hazardous waste. Working together, they create a protective casing especially with the IP66 design on the flat front panel.
