DESCRIPTION
High-purity laboratory gas suitable for analyses from percentage to ppm levels. ALPHAGAZ™ 1 Helium (He) is used as a carrier gas in gas chromatography, as instrument gas in mass spectrometry and elemental analysis, and for purge and zero-gas applications such as TOC and thermal analysis. In the semiconductor industry it is used for cooling and for leak testing.
