The rugged SSB range of Fire Safe Ball Valve is manufactured in 316 stainless steel (and certain super alloys). Available in sizes from 1/4” to 1”. The 'SSB'series has soft polymer primary seats which allows use with gas or liquid mediums upto 3,000psi (207bar). The secondary metal-to-metal seating is for fire conditions. The SSB range offers Drop-centre accessibility for welding / positioning / pipe access or maintenance purposes. Fire safe tested to BS 6755 Part 2 and API 6FA / API 607. Available with lever handle and locking device for a higher level of security. The range can be fitted with pneumatic or electric actuators at our factory.
