2D Laser Scanners The 2D laser scanners are high resolution, high speed and accurate non-contact measuring sensors for position and displacement measurement. The laser sensors are high speed, high resolution and significant accurate sensors for displacement and position measurement. Their operation is based on the principle of optical triangulation. The laser sensors are suited for use in harsh environment and mostly used for liquid level measurement, and to detect and measure the position of an object, dimension and surface. Measurement ranges from 2mm up to 2500mm.
