The Astor 20 colony counter provides a simple, accurate workflow for microbial colony enumeration in clinical and research laboratories. Its transparent, pressure-sensitive Petri dish holder is LED back-lit for even illumination and low power consumption (2 W). Counting is performed with any standard marker connected by cable; no proprietary marker is required. The holder accepts Petri dishes up to 110 mm; a 90-mm adapter is included.
