Presentation
The AQUA MEDIUM EP float level switch is ACS certified for drinking water and built with sanitary-grade components and an internal stainless-steel ballast. It is designed for precise level control in potable water tanks, compact pumping stations and similar installations.

Operation
The device works by tilt: the float follows the liquid level and, when the preset position is reached, the internal mechanical switch tilts to open or close the electrical circuit (selectable via COM/NO/NC). It supports pump automation and high/low alarm functions and can be used in pairs for min/max level control.

Applications and limits

• Primary use: drinking water intended for human consumption.
• Typical installations: storage tanks, pumping stations, compact systems with calm liquids.
• Not suitable for strongly agitated liquids, installations with agitators or for use in water towers.
• For agitated liquids choose model ATS 165 EP (ACS certified). For multi-pump control with adjustable stainless-steel ballast choose SOBA EP (ACS certified).
