Description
AQUA MEDIUM is a self-ballasted float level regulator with an internal ballast. The pear-shaped float tilts under liquid pressure to open or close a mechanical switch connected to an electrical control circuit.

Key points
Compact version of the AQUA range designed for installations with limited space. Penetrates light surface grease layers and provides a small switching differential (±10°) for precise level detection. Not recommended for strongly agitated liquids.

Operating principle
The float moves freely with the liquid level. When the liquid reaches the preset threshold, the float tilts and actuates the internal mechanical switch according to the selected wiring (fill or drain). Cable conductors are COM, NO and NC, allowing selection of operation mode during installation. Two identical units can be used for min/max level control.

Applications and limitations
Suitable for wastewater pump stations, compact lift stations, small tanks and confined technical areas. Ideal where space is restricted. Avoid use in highly agitated fluids — for such applications consider float switch models BIP STOP, AT 120 or ATS 165.
