OverviewThe AVL CLD C50™ is a lightweight, compact chemiluminescence detector for continuous nitrogen oxides (NOX) monitoring in process industry and laboratories. Suitable as a stand-alone indoor analyzer or as a 19" rack-mounted stack analyzer in emission measurement systems, it supports power plants, manufacturing sites and industrial emission control applications.
Key capabilities- Continuous NOX measurement using chemiluminescence detection.
- Compact and portable design for easy transport and flexible deployment.
- Low supply gas requirements by using ambient air for ozone generation.
- Available as a front-panel controlled stand-alone unit or as a 19" rack version (without front panel).
Benefits- Flexible deployment: compact, transportable instrument for on-site and laboratory use.
- Serviceability: modular construction and accessible components for fast maintenance.
- Reduced operating costs: ambient-air ozone generation minimizes additional gas needs (except calibration gases).
- Simple operation: automatic calibration and one-click data recording routines.
Operational notesDesigned for a wide range of ambient temperatures with industry-leading quench specifications to compensate H2O and CO2 interferences. Required gases: ambient air for ozone generation and a span gas (NO in N2) for calibration. Offered as a stand-alone unit with local front-panel control or as a 19" rack-mount analyzer without front panel.
