Overview
The GA122 orbital beveling machine is engineered for precise, efficient tube weld preparation. Tube OD range: 0.625 - 4.5 in / 15 - 119 mm. High-speed milling heads with carbide inserts remove material significantly faster than traditional HSS inserts. The lubricant-free patented process eliminates the need to clean tubes before welding. The GA range uses the same frame as AXXAIR CC orbital cutting machines and can be converted to cutting or welding machines via conversion kits, providing a versatile solution for tube preparation.
