Overview
The GA322 orbital beveling machine is built for precise, repeatable tube weld preparation across a wide diameter range. Tube OD range: 5.5 – 12.750" (141 – 328 mm). High-speed milling heads with carbide inserts remove material significantly faster than HSS tooling. The patented lubricant-free process reduces pre-weld cleaning and increases workshop throughput. The GA322 shares its frame with AXXAIR CC orbital cutting machines and can be converted for cutting or welding using dedicated conversion kits, offering an integrated solution for tube preparation.

Versatility
Suitable for industrial tube welding preparation where repeatability and consistent bevel quality are required. The machine accepts conversion kits and optional automatic rotation and clamping systems to increase productivity and enable three operations: cutting, beveling and welding.
