Overview
The GA222 orbital beveling machine is engineered for precise, high‑speed tube weld preparation. Tube OD range: 2.35 – 8.625" / 55 – 228 mm. High‑speed milling heads with carbide inserts remove material far faster than traditional HSS inserts. The lubricant‑free, patented process removes the need for tube cleaning before welding, reducing cycle time and improving throughput. The GA222 shares the same frame as AXXAIR CC orbital cutting machines and can be converted to cutting or welding machines with dedicated conversion kits, offering a modular solution for tube preparation.
