DescriptionStationary dust-collection unit for continuous operation, available in general industrial or explosion-proof configuration (ATEX compliant). The A series is characterized by access to filter elements from the clean-gas chamber side. The filtration module comprises a hopper, supporting section and a body divided into a dirty-gas chamber and a clean-gas chamber by a cell plate with openings for bag mounting. Polluted air enters the dirty-gas chamber, passes through the bag fabric where dust deposits on the surface, and cleaned air flows into the clean-gas chamber. Regeneration is performed by short compressed-air pulses delivered through a distribution pipe above each bag; dislodged dust falls into the hopper. A dust-level sensor controls a lock feeder for automatic dust discharge.
