Description

The EB30CSRT-AM is an electrical emSFP Encoder/Decoder (Transceiver) module designed to encode/decode video composite signals over 75Ω coaxial cables via DIN 1.0/2.3 connectors. On the receive channel, the module decodes NTSCPAL composite input and convert to SD-SDI signal. On the transmit channel, the module encodes the SD-SDI signal to NTSCPAL composite. The EB30CSRT-AM provides module identification information and diagnostic monitoring through a Two-Wire serial interface. It is also hot-pluggable solution for in field system upgrade and maintenance. The EB30CSRT-AM is interchangeable with any others MSA pinout optical video SFP or coaxial emSFP module improving high product flexibility. The emSFP form factor provides quick time-to-market and reduced development effort and cost. The EB30CSRT-AM is Pb-free and RoHS compliant. SMPTE 259M-C compliant DIN 1.0/2.3 75Ω connectors Supported Composite Standards: NTSC M, NTSC J, NTSC 4.43 PAL B/G/H/I/D, PAL M, PAL N, PAL 60 Rx Channel: 10-bit Composite to SD-SDI video decoder 4x oversampling (54MHz) Test Pattern generation Tx Channel: 10-bit SD-SDI to Composite video encoder Up to 16x oversampling (216MHz) Multiple Chroma & Luma filters Test Pattern generation InputOutput Test Pattern Generator Hot-pluggable Control via serial interface including: Voltage & Temperature Monitoring Module Information Analog Status and Control registers Power Consumption – typical 1100 mW Single Supply +3.3V Pb-free and RoHS compliant
