The BeanDevice® WiLow® AX-3D is an ultra-low-power (ULP) tri-axis Wi-Fi vibration sensor designed for high-precision monitoring of acceleration, peak particle velocity (PPV), and amplitude in industrial and structural applications. Featuring an integrated data logger for reliable real-time performance, this robust sensor offers versatile mounting options (screw or magnetic) and flexible antenna configurations (embedded low-profile Radom or high-gain) to suit various deployment needs. With solar energy harvesting capability, it enables autonomous, maintenance-free operation in even the most demanding environments, making it the ideal solution for continuous vibration monitoring applications. Key Features: • High-Performance Sensing : Measures acceleration (±2g), peak particle velocity (PPV), and amplitude with dynamic measurement capability up to 2 kHz via Wi-Fi technology—eliminating network bottlenecks for real-time data transmission. • Ultra-Low-Power WiFi Connectivity: Compatible with standard WiFi access points, this ULP WiFi transmission delivers reliable wireless performance with an extended range of up to 200 meters (with high-gain antenna in line-of-sight conditions), while maintaining exceptional power efficiency for continuous operation. • MQTT Protocol Support : Seamlessly integrates with IoT ecosystems for efficient, low-latency data communication. • Rugged & Compact Design : IP67/NEMA 6 waterproof rating ensures durability in harsh conditions. Lightweight aluminum housing (65 × 59 × 35 mm, 220 g – Radome antenna version) for easy deployment in space-constrained environments. • Ultra-Low Power Consumption: 0.3 mA in battery-saver mode, maximizing operational lifespan. Integrated data logger supports up to 772,900 logs per sensor channel (streaming mode) for extended autonomous operation. • Energy Harvesting Ready (EHR Option): Direct solar panel compatibility (8–24 VDC), enabling maintenance-free, autonomous deployments in remote or hard-to-access locations. Antenna Options for Different Applications • Radome Antenna - Ideal for space-constrained applications. • High-Gain Antenna - Optimized for long-range wireless communication. For broader coverage, the wireless range can be expanded using third-party WiFi repeaters. Advanced Vibration Analysis Tools The BeanScape® Wilow® Premium supervision software is designed for Beanair® wireless sensor networks (WSN), offering advanced capabilities, such as: • Real-Time Monitoring: Vibration and velocity data visualization. • Comprehensive Analysis Tools: Includes FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), PPV (Peak Particle Velocity), and velocity measurements. • Automated Reporting: FFT results with PPV values and velocity analysis reports compliant with DIN 4150-3 standards. • Proactive Alerts: Automatically generates alarm notifications via email when trigger thresholds are exceeded.
