Product description
Double-sided final curing line for photo soldermask (post-exposure and development) with UV-bump pre-curing. Line comprises feeder, double-sided UV-bump unit, BELTROTHERM dryer and stacker.

Operation
The line operates fully automatically after loading and is suitable for unattended 24/7 three-shift operation. The BELTROTHERM dryer length is configured to meet required throughput. Temperature profiles are adapted for different PCB thicknesses and special material types and are stored in the PLC. Optimized temperature profiles can be recorded and saved in up to 120 programs.

Operation & control
Drying programs are selected via the touch screen and can be changed within minutes to support rapid lot changeovers. The line reports operational readiness to upstream machines. The touch-screen PLC (OMRON) provides a clear overview of operating conditions and supports further user input.
