OverviewThe Beltrotherm continuous belt dryer is engineered for drying metal pastes and insulation materials used in printed electronics and membrane switches. Long-wave infrared radiation combined with convection heats from the inside outward to prevent surface skin formation. Low track resistance values can be achieved after a single pass. Thin films and substrates are safely conveyed on a flat belt through the heating zones. Short process times (minutes) enable cost-effective production.
