OverviewThe DRYBERG® ADP series are adsorption air dryers with thermal regeneration designed for compressed air systems. They remove moisture by adsorption and deliver extremely low dew points for industrial processes that require very dry, clean air.
OperationADP dryers use two adsorption towers operating alternately: while one tower adsorbs moisture from pressurized air, the other is regenerated. Regeneration is achieved by heated ambient air supplied by a fan and heater. The regenerated desiccant is then cooled by a small flow of dried, expanded compressed air to ensure continuous, uninterrupted operation.
Key features- Thermal regeneration (heater + fan) enabling Zero Purge operation — no purge air consumption from product stream.
- Two-tower design with valves, pressure gauges and sturdy support frame.
- Advanced control systems and interfaces (e.g. Siemens control panels on specific models) for status display, settings, alarms and diagnostics.
- Modular construction to adapt systems to specific requirements or local conditions.
- Use of reputable European/manufacturer components for high reliability and durability.
Applications and usesThe ADP dryers are suited for sectors requiring extremely dry and clean compressed air: food industry, pharmaceutical and medical air production, breathable/medical air, cleanrooms and any industrial process needing a low dew point. They are appropriate for hot and humid environments and high flow-rate installations.
Advantages of thermal-regenerated adsorption drying- Achieves very low pressure dew points for maximum air purity.
- Energy-efficient regeneration by using external heat sources and Zero Purge concept.
- Durable construction for reliable operation and long desiccant life.
- Reduced downtime due to continuous alternating tower operation.
- Adaptable to varied industrial requirements with optional controls and communication protocols.
