Product overview
Before compressed air reaches its point of use it must be freed from aerosols, oil and particles. BERG Kompressoren GmbH's PUREBERG® range of filter housings and elements enables removal of solid particles, water, oil aerosols, hydrocarbons and odour vapours. Available element classes: G (General), F (Fine), S (Superfine), A (Activated carbon).

Filter functions and available filter elements

• General filter (G) – removal of coarse particles and condensate.
• Fine filter (F) – removal of finer particles and oil aerosols (typ. ≤ 0.1 mg/m³).
• Superfine filter (S) – high-efficiency oil removal (typ. ≤ 0.01 mg/m³).
• Activated carbon filter (A) – adsorption of organic vapours and odours.

PUREBERG® F02(Type)W – key product data
Compressed air filter PUREBERG® F02(Type)W, 96 Nm3/h at 7 bar. Filter types available: G, F, S, A. Condensate: housing design prevents condensate carry-over. Max. operating pressure: 20 bar. Volume flow range (series): 96 to 2760 Nm3/h (model-dependent). Connections: 1/2" to 3" (model-dependent). Operating temperature range: +2 °C to +65 °C.
