Overview
PUREBERG® Z series provide compact activated carbon adsorption packages for producing oil-free compressed air in industrial environments. Designed for applications requiring ultra-pure air (laboratories, pharmaceuticals, food processing, electronics, hospitals), the units integrate carbon adsorption towers with required pre- and dust filters to deliver reliable ISO Class 0 quality when combined with the PUREBERG® CC catalytic converter.

PUREBERG® Z - V, Oil-free package
Modular oil-free package including activated carbon tower, necessary filters and oil indicator. Plug-and-play design allows straightforward integration into existing compressed air systems. Suitable for small to large workflows depending on model selection.

PUREBERG® CC, Oil-free catalytic converter
The PUREBERG® CC catalyst oxidizes hydrocarbons to CO2 and H2O, ensuring permanently oil-free compressed air with a maximum residual oil content of 0.003 mg/m³ (ISO 8573-1 Class 0 when used with the converter).
