Overview
The portable METPOINT BDL data logger enables rapid and simple measurement data recording and evaluation of compressed air quality directly on site. The universal hand-held device with integrated data logger records key parameters such as consumption/flow, pressure, temperature, residual humidity and pressure dew point. Process data are converted into user-friendly statistics and charts. Up to 100 million measurements together with time and location can be stored and exported.

The universal sensor inputs are compatible with standard industrial transducers. The device features a 3.5" touch screen and an intuitive user interface. Measurements can be transferred by USB memory stick to a PC for further evaluation with METPOINT READER SW201 software. Real-time monitoring and interpretation functions support performance assessment and corrective actions.

ISO 8573 oil class information
The METPOINT BDL p. with DPM set provides precise dew point measurement and supports assessment of moisture and oil content in compressed air for ISO 8573 classification. By analysing dew point and oil content together with other monitoring devices, users can classify compressed air purity and ensure compliance with ISO 8573 classes.
