Screw compressor KOMPBERG® BSDF22 — 22 kW direct drive screw compressor for industrial compressed-air applications. Optional BERG Master Controller (RC / RC-S) enables group control, duplicated operator panel on PC/mobile and remote monitoring.

BERG Master Controller (RC / RC-S) — main functions

• Control of start/stop sequence for compressors within a common compressed-air network
• Monitoring and maintenance of correct system pressure
• Optimal load distribution among individual compressors
• Selection of lead compressor
• Setting pressure start/stop thresholds and system control parameters
• Collection and processing of monitored-system information and signalling (RC-S)
• Remote monitoring via web interface and Modbus TCP (Modbus RTU over RS485 optional) (RC-S)

Group control modes
Control of the compressor group can operate in Sequence or Cascade mode. Sequence control is recommended for compressors of comparable size to equalize running time. Cascade control is intended for machines of different sizes where one unit runs continuously and others are brought in at peak demand.
