Product description
KOMPBERG® BSDK5: a large, low-speed air end is used for a relatively small compressor. The electric motor is directly coupled to the main compression rotor, significantly reducing maintenance compared with belt-driven or gearbox-driven machines. Compressor output is controlled either by on/off switching based on receiver pressure, by a conventional suction regulator with an updated pressure-level control system, or by an advanced continuous variable-speed control that optimizes machine parameters in real time by smoothly adjusting rpm according to delivered compressed air. Low-speed operation also reduces noise and wear.
