Description

The stud welding gun GD 12sc is designed for short cycle stud welding. The adjustable lift (adjustment range: 0-2,5 mm) enables the perfect set up for each welding task. In connection with the piston with linear ball track, the ample-dimensioned welding cable (cable cross section: 35 mm²) and the automatic length compensation the new GD 12sc guarantees always perfect welding results. Highlight of the new gun is the integrated travel measuring system (optional). Using this the lift adjustment couldn`t be easier. Moreover, it enables a quality monitoring by measuring and recording of stud travel (lift, piston runtime, immersion depth) for each weld. The GD 12sc convinces by easy handling, high reliability and an ergonomic design. The robust construction ensures a smooth running even under stringent conditions. adjustable lift (raster 0,1 mm) with large adjustment range (0-2,5 mm) welding cable with cable cross-section 35 mm² automatic length compensation system for different stud lengths and surface conditions optional: integrated travel measuring system - facilitates lift adjustment - enables a quality monitoring by measuring stud travel (lift, piston runtime, immersion depth) for each weld highest operational repeatability, high welding quality, high reliability simple handling quick and simple retooling extremely quick welding sequences by reinforced solenoid all stud types weldable (special chuck might be required) piston with linear ball track high service life through high-grade mechanical components robust housing made from impact resistant, full-insulating plastics 50 mm² welding cable plugs in order to prevent burnt contacts
