Description

Boratas BLV900E is a wheeled mobile VSI crusher with an integrated screening system, developed for the production of high-quality sand and fine aggregates in quarrying, mining, and recycling applications. It is typically used after primary and secondary crushing stages to produce well-shaped material in the 0–5 mm range.

The unit is equipped with a high-capacity closed rotor vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher and a three-deck vibrating screen, allowing efficient crushing and accurate classification in a single system. The VSI crushing principle ensures uniform particle shape and consistent product quality, while the integrated screen supports precise grading of final material sizes. It is suitable for processing pre-crushed materials up to 38 mm.

The machine operates with an electric drive system with plug-in capability, supporting energy-efficient operation and reduced emissions. This configuration allows easy integration into existing plants and stable performance across different working conditions.

The layout is designed for practical operation, with foldable conveyors, accessible maintenance areas, and a user-friendly control system. The wheeled chassis allows easy transport between sites and fast setup, making it suitable for temporary operations and project-based work.
