Overview
Borataş wheel-mounted tertiary impact crusher BLT130-E4 is designed for precise tertiary size reduction with on-site mobility for construction, aggregate and recycling applications.

Product summary
The BLT130-E4 accepts feed up to 150 mm and is intended to produce fine fractions such as 0–4 mm or 0–5 mm. It can be fed directly by a mobile primary impact crusher or by an external feeder. The mobile chassis supports 2-, 3- or 4-deck vibrating screens to meet different product specifications. In a combined mobile crushing and screening train the system commonly achieves 200–300 t/h of concrete or asphalt aggregate. Mobile configuration reduces transport and setup time and enables single-operator deployment.
