Description

Nominal discharge current (8/20μs) - In - 100kA Lightning impulse current (10/350μs) - Iimp - 100kA 100% Lightning impulse sparkover voltage - Uas - ≤1.5kV Rated power frequency withstand voltage - - ≤250V Operating temperature range - ϑ - -40°C~+80°C Length of enclosure - L - 130mm Diameter of enclosure - D - 39mm Enclosure material - - Thermoplastic, UL94-V0 Connection - - Rd 10mm Material (connection) - - Steel Protection level - - IP67 Features: Isolating spark gap for indirect equipotential bonding Protection of insulating flanges in pipelines Accessories for lightning current absorbing connection Utilizes robust spark gap technology to equalize the potential between the high and low voltage sides of AC services or to equalize the potential across insulated areas such as insulated pipeline flanges. The isolating spark gap ensures lightning protection equipotential bonding and safely discharges overvoltages. Maximum protection with the highest possible lightning current carrying capacity class H. Durable in extreme conditions due to excellent corrosion resistance. In the event of an overvoltage, the isolating spark gap becomes low impedance and discharges the voltage. Lightning protection equipotential bonding is thus ensured. Application: For indirect connection/grounding of operationally isolated system parts in the event of lightning. Avoid failures, downtimes, and even leaks on pipelines and protect sensitive insulating flanges against sparkover. Protects personnel against shock hazards during electrical faults on the high voltage side.
