This device has a spool-type construction with 5/2 and 5/3 valve functions. It operates at a minimum and maximum temperature of 0°C and 50°C. It uses a fluid medium of filtered air at 5 µm or less without lubricant. However, if lubricant air is used, ISOVG32 oil is recommended which needs to be constantly applied thereafter. The device has a 1W power consumption and has class F insulation in protection class IP50. It has a ±10% voltage tolerance. The body is constructed from zamak, the spool and sub-bases from aluminum, the end-covers from technopolymer and the joints from NBR. The valve has M5 ports with a G1/8 sub-base.
