Overview
Carbolite provides a range of oven and furnace loading systems designed for fast, safe and ergonomic insertion and removal of samples and heavy loads. Solutions are engineered for industrial use across temperature ranges up to 3000°C and can be adapted to customer specifications.

Loading trays and trolleys
For most oven and furnace models Carbolite offers loading trays and trolleys to enable quick, repeatable loading operations. Options include sliding trays for fast access to preheated chambers and heavy-duty trolleys compatible with forklifts for large loads.

Bottom, front or top loading
Carbolite furnaces and ovens are available with top, bottom or front loading access, covering temperature ranges up to 3000°C. Standard configurations can be modified to meet specific process or layout requirements on site.

Larger sample weights
Industrial production often requires handling of heavy samples. Where needed, hearths and sidewalls can be reinforced to increase load capacity. A standard heavy-load option is available for ovens up to 600°C, with bespoke strengthening for higher temperatures.

Motorised doors and opening mechanism
For automated or semi-automated processes Carbolite supplies pneumatic or electrically driven motorised doors and opening systems. Activation can be via control-panel buttons, foot pedals or integrated automation interfaces.

• Chamber furnace divided into two halves on rails for tensile testing (custom specification)
• Large industrial oven LGP 6/1000 up to 600°C with bespoke loading trolley and loading rack
• Custom made LHT 5/60 up to 500°C with special sliding tray for fast loading and enhanced recovery times
• Automated forklift and manual/automated loading trolleys for heavy loads
• 2200°C HBTL 60 GR/22 furnace with graphite heating and insulation, bottom loading and pivot bottom for ease of loading/unloading
• Custom built top and front loading fan convection oven up to 200°C for long samples up to 3300 mm
