Working principle
The equipment operates on the principle of near-infrared absorption spectroscopy. A NIR source (or LED source for NIRLED) irradiates the sample through interferential filters that select analytical wavelengths. The backscattered light is collected and concentrated (parabolic mirror) onto a detector. Constituent contents are obtained by correlating measured signals with product/process-specific calibration models.
