Flexiflow is a linear flow-coater machine Flexiflow is recommended for the application of primers on non-installed window fixtures. Flexiflow is a linear flow-coater machine with a roller conveyor system and a working width of 300 mm. It is recommended for uniform flow coating with pigmented water-based primers on non-installed window fixtures. The machine does not use brushes to wipe the product, but simply air blades that do not require cleaning. It is equipped with wheeled tanks coated in non-stick material, to facilitate cleaning operations. Fast product changes can be made with the machine, employing more than one flow-coating tank, as well as changes in the production cycle, replacing the spraying tank for finishing.
