Automatic Approach — How it works
Once the measurement spin is complete, the wheel automatically stops approximately 15° before the correction point, allowing the operator to place the weight accurately with minimal effort. After the first plane correction, pressing the repositioning button moves the wheel near the second correction point.

AutoAdaptive Mode — How it works
AutoAdaptive Mode acquires each wheel’s weight and dimensions and recalculates the tolerance value to eliminate vibrations felt on the steering wheel. Unlike fixed residual imbalance thresholds, it adapts tolerance to wheel weight and geometry to ensure driving comfort and optimize balancing times.

Laser Spotter — How it works
Laser Spotter indicates the area of the rim where unbalance will be corrected and precisely shows where to apply adhesive weights inside the rim; combined with the electromagnetic brake it eliminates angular positioning errors, making balancing faster and more accurate.

OPB — One Plane Balancing
OPB corrects static imbalance using a single counterweight while keeping dynamic imbalance within tolerance. It reduces vibrations, balancing time, and weight consumption.

• Approximately 70% of wheels can be balanced with a single counterweight
• Reduces operator workload and saves working hours annually
