Cemb MOVE! is the new fully-automatic balancing machine designed for mobile service, but perfect also for workshops where space is limited thanks to its exceptional compact size. Its extraordinary versatility makes MOVE! usable anywhere, with the same performance as highend models. 2-hit technology data input: By manually rotating the wheel as indicated on the monitor, the LASER SPOTTER, in conjunction with the line MATCHING LASER, moves on the rim to measure its dimensions, eliminating the need for a gauge.The confirmation and transmission of the data gathered by the two lasers to the software occurs by by pressing a pushbutton. Rotating interface: Move! is equipped with rear knob for locking in position or setting intermediate positions as required; 90 degree rotation makes the weight carrier fully accessible. Adhesive counter-weights positioning by means of SPOTTER: LaserSpotter Laser allows selecting the correction planes with maximum accuracy and then indicate the exact point of application of the weights. Virtual Sonar: For steel rims, it calculates the position of the outer plane based on the measured imbalance and the tolerances calculated by the AutoAdaptive program. OPB: One plane balancing: t allows the elimination of both static and dynamic imbalance with a single weight, indicating the exact point of application inside the rim. Automatic Approach and electric brake: At the end of the measurement spin, it stops the wheel near the point where the balancing weight needs to be applied.
