Description

Graphite block channel heat exchangers type EHC Construction EHC heat exchangers with cubic blocks in Carbonite®. Vertical mounting. Service side plate in graphite, steel, PP or PVDF. Design and construction in accordance with PED (97/23/CE). Main Options Construction for use in ATEX zone. New parallelepipedics blocks Like cubic blocks, they are achievable in standard or dense drilling, impregnated with phenolic resin. These are monoblock type graphite heat exchangers. VERSION NEC / NXEC : The drills on the Process and Service side are parallel to the section VERSION NECL / NXECL : The drills on Process side are achievable perpendicularly to the section, in the block’s length. Uses Coolers Heaters Abilities Number of blocks: 1 Product passage diameter: from 8 to 20 mm Heat exchange surface: from 1 to 28 square meters Avantages Robustness of Carbonite© blocks Block from 200 to 610 mm sideways Multi-pass possible Allows heat exchange between two corrosive fluids Suitable for small flow rates and large temperature differences
