Chemical resistance & environment
Good resistance to bases, oils, greases, soaps, detergents, petroleum products, many solvents and alcohols. Limited resistance to acids. Not resistant to phenols. For strong acid resistance consider alternative materials (e.g. polypropylene) where specified.

Typical applications
  • Electrical panel building and wiring harness assembly with IEC phase colour coding.
  • Industrial automation: zone and circuit identification in PLC and control cabinets.
  • Data centre and rack cabling: colour-by-circuit or colour-by-rack-zone.
  • Solar PV installations: DC string identification.
  • OEM manufacturing: colour-coded sub-assembly identification.
  • Maintenance and facilities: colour-coded preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Visual identity projects and design-focused installations where aesthetics matter.
