CLIMAX FF7200 Flange Facer is a heavy‑duty flange facing and milling machine engineered for precision on large‑diameter components in industrial on‑site repairs and fabrication. It supports facing diameters 30–72 in (762–1828.8 mm) and milling diameters 35–72 in (889–1828.8 mm), and is used in refineries, power plants, shipyards and heavy fabrication.

Operator controls and versatility
The FF7200 features a 360° rotating tool head, infinitely variable feed rates and remotely adjustable feed control for safe radial and axial feed changes during operation. The chucking system is removable for face‑mounted use. Pneumatic or hydraulic drive options and optional grinding or back‑facing attachments extend on‑site capabilities.
