The CLIMAX EZ-FACER™ ODFF24 OD Mount Flange Facer is a portable, pneumatically driven machine engineered for precision on-site machining of flat-faced flanges. Designed for field resurfacing, grooving and beveling, the unit enables accurate flange face restoration without dismantling heavy pipeline or process systems. OD mounting ensures stable alignment for critical maintenance operations.

Set Up & Operation

• Supplied in a custom protective metal case with a single-page quick reference guide.
• Determine chucking range and attach chuck feet.
• Mount to workpiece and level/center the RDU.
• Install motor and slide assembly.
• Set up the PCU and set feed rate to zero before cutting.
• Open speed adjuster gradually and engage manual valve; adjust feed and rotation for desired finish.
• Use the emergency stop by releasing the valve handle.
