The CLIMAX EZ-FACER™ ODFF12 is an OD mount flange facer designed for precision, in‑situ machining of flat-faced flanges. Pneumatically driven and portable, it resurfaces flange faces, grooves and bevels without dismantling heavy piping or process equipment. The OD mounting method provides stable alignment for critical on-site flange facing tasks.

Set up & operation

• Determine chucking range and attach appropriate chuck feet.
• Mount unit to the flange OD and level/center the RDU.
• Install motor and tool slide assembly.
• Configure the PCU, set feed to zero, then gradually open speed adjuster and engage manual valve.
• Adjust feed and rotation speed to obtain the required surface finish.
• Use the emergency stop by releasing the valve handle if necessary.
