The HA400 stainless steel hydraulic tilter is a simple, easy to maintain machine that is designed to streamline your process and offer increased productivity and prevent workplace injuries from repetitive lifting injury strains, it is designed to be positioned at specific locations within the plant for emptying of product on to conveyors or tables for further processing. The vat-combo tilter works like a standard pallet jack, the combo or vat is simply lifted and then wheeled to its position for safe and efficient emptying, the combo tilter is operated by independent controls that are push-to-operate and are mounted on each side of the machine, the position of the controls gives the operator a complete view of the machine in operation. The raise and lower functions are facilitated by means of a stainless-steel hydraulic displacement cylinder using gravity, which then brings the combo or vat down to floor for unloading.
