Operational Design
The SRV 300 is semi-automatic with a stainless steel button mounted within the handrail on the machine, The operator simply places there boot between the two vertically mounted brushes and then places his thumb on the button which initiates the rotation of the three brushes, one of the brushes is mounted horizontally for cleaning the soles of the boot, the other two are vertically mounted which facilitate the cleaning of the sides of the boot.
Water and the chosen sanitizer chemical are sprayed onto the brushes from the spray bar mounted close to the brushes, the chemical can be simply adjusted by a needle valve mounted on the incoming side of the water supply pipework.
Each brush is individually controlled by its own motor.
Safety Features
Our range of boot and sole washers are designed with safety in mind. The steps on each are non-slip stainless steel, a handrail is positioned one side of the machine for the operator to steady themselves on while placing their boot within the sole washer machine.
