CM Process Solutions offer a complete range of weighing solutions for the food processing industry, designed to weigh product or ingredients in large bulk product type containers like plastic vats, dolavs, or stainless-steel vats. The bulk product container is simply loaded on the scale locators by a standard pallet jack or forklift truck, the container or dolav sits securely on the locator and puts pressure on four downward facing weigh beams that give a constant and accurate reading on the weigh terminal. As with all our weighing solutions, the scale is designed to be a hygienic sanitary design, manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel with a crevice free construction, the operator can simply clean the scale in place at the end of the shift as and when required. Our range of scales have many benefits, they are supplied with a low voltage 110 V power supply, have an easy to clean hygienic sanitary design, they are also designed to eliminate the need for un-hygienic hard to clean floor pits and ramps that forklift trucks commonly drive over and damage load cells. 304 Grade stainless steel construction.
