Suitable for media covered by food simulants A, B, C, D1 and D2 according to EU 10/2011 (aqueous, fatty/oily foods, low pH foods & alcoholic products up to 95% ethanol).

Inner lining
Non-porous, plasticizer-free, smooth inner lining designed for hygienic liquid transfer.

Further properties
Lining and cover resistant to oils and fats. Recommended fittings: PAGUFIX & PAGUCLAMP. Resistant to common cleaning and disinfecting agents and chemicals listed in the Continental resistance list.

Temperature range
Operating: from -30 °C / -22 °F up to +95 °C / +203 °F. Temporary exposure up to +110 °C / +230 °F (max. 60 minutes).

Available nominal widths: from 3/4" (19 mm) to 4" (100 mm). Typical wall thickness 5–9 mm. Working pressure: 16 bar (232 psi). Minimum burst pressure: 48 bar (696 psi). Bending radius and weight vary by size (see technical table or request specific data).

Temperature limits apply to hose materials only. Technical data refer to room temperature. Steam values apply to saturated steam; superheated steam reduces service life. Other dimensions available on request.
