Description

The Online Residual Chlorine Analyzer is equipped with a German-made CS4 sensor, utilizing a special osmotic membrane technology that resists chemical interference (mainly from surfactants) and reduces pH dependence. The sensor is unaffected by water quality, offers fast response, stable performance, low cost, minimal maintenance, and provides reliable, accurate data. The instrument features an LCD screen displaying disinfectant value (main), aqueous solution pH (requires optional pH electrode), and working status, with analog, digital, and switching signal outputs. This analyzer is suitable for tap water, swimming pool water, medical wastewater, sewage water treatment, fruit and vegetable disinfection, seawater, high-salt seawater, pipeline disinfection, and industrial water treatment fields. Application Fields - Tap water: 0 - 2mg/L - Swimming pool water: 0 - 5mg/L for the measurement of cyanuric acid - Medical water: 0 - 0.5mg/L; with a conductivity as low as 10μS/cm - Sewage treatment: 0 - 20mg/L - Fruit and vegetable disinfection: 0 - 200mg/L - Seawater: with a conductivity as high as 50mS/cm - High-salt seawater: brine or seawater with a concentration greater than 3.5% (>50mS), and the salt content can be up to approximately 26% - Pipeline disinfection: 0 - 2.5mg/L with a water temperature as high as 70℃ - Industrial water treatment: 0 - 2000mg/L, etc. Functional Features 1. Standard MODBUS RTU communication protocol. 4. Dual high-impedance pre-amplifiers: High input impedance, noise-proof, and strong anti-interference ability. 5. Stable zero-point. Only one-point calibration is required on-site, and multiple calibration methods are also provided. 6. Human-machine interaction: Menu-based operation structure, allowing users to operate following the on-screen prompts. 7. Multi-parameter display on the same screen: Simultaneously display the main measured value, pH value (optional), current output, and working status. 8. Two-way output signals: The software can select from three output modes: 4-20mA / 20-4mA / 0-20mA. 9. Free setting of the measurement range and alarm upper and lower limits; High and low limit over-range alarm prompts. 10. Three sets of relay control switches with an adjustable hysteresis control range. 11. Self-set password: Users can set or modify passwords to avoid misoperation.
