These machines grind, deburr and measure blade tips of assembled aero engine and APU rotors while rotating at speeds up to 7000 rpm. The mBTG-DANTIP platform supports multiple rotor sizes and configurations and can be supplied as a standalone cell or integrated with vertical grinders for match machining of rotors and compressor casings.
