The PP25 follower plate pump is used to pressurize adhesives, sealants or lubricants contained in drums from 5 to 25 kg. OPERATION The PP25 follower plate pump consists of a base with a pneumatic lifter that raises and lowers the pump and pressing plate. All movements are controlled by a lever valve located on the upper part of the pump. The pneumatic pump has a 38:1 compression ratio, and once supplied with compressed air, it can suction and pressurize even ultra-high viscosity products. The pressing plate is custom-made to fit the drum dimensions, preventing leakage, while alignment guides and straps ensure quick and easy drum replacement.
