The PP200 follower plate pump allows you to feed fluids starting from 200 kg drums. The double-membrane pressing plate prevents leakage. The PP200 pump is ideal for systems with high consumption or as a basis for the construction of a central supply system. • No need for transfers: The original drum is completely emptied • Custom pressing plate: Designed to match the drum dimensions • Optional low-level alarm (sound or electric) and pump lock device available upon request • Pressure regulators with gauge: For precise pressure control of both the pump and lifting cylinders • Vent pad: Easily removes air above the product level OPERATION The PP200 follower plate pump consists of a base with a dual pneumatic lifter that raises and lowers the pump and pressing plate. All movements are controlled by a lever valve located on the upper part of the pump. The pneumatic pump has a 30:1 compression ratio, and once supplied with compressed air, it can suction and pressurize even ultra-high viscosity products, contained in drums weighing up to 200 kg. The pressing plate is custom-made to fit the drum dimensions, preventing leakage, while alignment guides ensure quick and easy drum replacement.
